In accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (“Ley”) in force in Mexico, we inform you that this Notice of Privacy of Personal Data ("Notice") describes how Servicios en Procesos Interdisciplinarios S.C. (SEPI) in their Representations and / or their Business Units (“Thinstuff México y Latinoamérica”) residing in: Av. Cuauhtemoc No. 1338, Interior 405 A, Col. Santa Cruz Atoyac en México, D.F., C.P. 03310, could collect and use information provided by you on this website (“Portal”).
1. SEPI collects only the information that this page requests for the following purposes: (A) identification purposes (B) information and documentation delivery purposes, (C) billing purposes, (D) For the purpose of providing technical support and advice via telephone by email or via Online (E) to eventually contact you in order to respond to your request for technical support service or maintenance of the licensing and / or monitor the frequency of use of this Portal, the licensing and the technical services of our solutions. (F) For internal administration and analysis purposes. (G) Sending of licensing, information on updates, sending of promotional brochures and manuals regarding the solutions. In the collection of personal data we follow all the principles established by Law (article 6): legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility.
2. Your personal data will never be disclosed or shared with third parties (there will be no data transfer), nor will they be used for a different use than indicated in point 1 above, unless there is a change in this Privacy Notice. However, we may hire an external third party to manage and administer this Portal and to help us understand how visitors use it. Although this third party may collect information about you on our behalf, we control the use of that information in accordance with this Notice. We do not market, sell or rent personal information about you to a third party without prior consent on your part or at the express request of the user, such as in cases of merger, acquisition or sale of assets carried out by SEPI.
The warning is made that SEPI may use "cookies" to confirm your identification, personalize your access to this Portal and review its use, with the sole purpose of improving your navigation and its functional conditions, whenever by means of the aforementioned “cookies” no personal data is collected from users in terms of the Law. This Portal has links to other external sites, of which the content and privacy policies are not the responsibility of SEPI.
3. The Personal Data Protection Facilitator on behalf of the Responsible for this Portal (www.thinstuff.mx and www.thinstuff.com.mx) is Lic. Alma Rosa Saavedra Alcántara.
4. The users of this Portal are recognized and may exercise the ARCO rights (access, cancellation, rectification and opposition), sending their request directly to the Responsible through the email account alma.saavedra@thinstuff.mx Said request must contain: name and address or other means to communicate the response to your request; the documents that prove the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation; the clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which one seeks to exercise any of the ARCO rights and any other element that facilitates the location of the personal data.
5. In this Portal, SEPI does not collect sensitive personal data from users. However, if the case arises, the express and written consent of the owner will be obtained for its treatment, through his handwritten signature, electronic signature, or any authentication mechanism.

We are located in Mexico City and all matters in relation to this Portal are governed by the laws of Mexico. If you are located in any other country outside of Mexico and you contact us, please take into account that any information that you provide us will be transferred to Mexico, and at the time of entering your information you authorize this transfer and the acceptance of this Notice of Privacy.
